Last week my social battery was completely drained, so I missed a week of sharing.

But today, I’m back and excited to share my update! I’ve got some events I’m planning to visit, my first impulse purchase, and… unfortunately, bad sleep has made a return. 

This Week: January 11th to January 24th 

How is Work? 

We’ve been busy discussing work plans for 2025, especially focusing on events for the first half of the year. 

Anna (our CEO) and I decided we’re definitely going to Cloudfest! Plus, we’re already planning our teammates’ visits to WordCamp Madrid and WordCamp Europe. ✈️

I’ve decided to keep it simple and stick to just 2 events this year.

Since traveling from Ukraine takes a bit more time than from other European countries, and I’m not looking to move around too much right now, I’m keeping my focus on Cloudfest and WCEU work trips to Europe. 🌍 

Looking forward to them, though! 😊

Year without Shopping Update

My first impulsive purchase? 

A habit-tracking app! (ironically 😅)

I’m excited to start tracking some new habits, like impulsive shopping (yep, I’m just learning to avoid this), walking, workouts, and stretching. 

It’s really motivating to see everything on the calendar with some gamified tracking – feels like a fun challenge! 

Usually, I’d track everything in my notebook, but I’m trying to go digital and have it all in one place on my phone now. Let’s see how this goes!

Physical Health

Had 2 workouts as planned, plus some daily stretching when I have “battery” for this.

Emotional State

I’ve always thought social media wasn’t the best for people dealing with anxiety and intrusive thoughts. During these past two weeks, I’ve felt really insecure – struggling with small tasks, not feeling as social, and sometimes feeling like I have no friends. 😔 

But I always remind myself that I’m good enough. I’m learning to be kind to myself in my thoughts and actions, and that’s helping a lot.

Discipline and planning have become my best friends during times like this. 🗓️ It gives me structure and peace of mind. 

On top of that, I’ve had some rough nights of sleep lately, thanks to work excitement, but I’m trying to manage it and find ways to relax.  

Taking it one step at a time.💖

How are Finances?

Nothing new for now. Hopefully, without any new credits added to my life! 😅

Fingers crossed it stays that way! 🤞
