I would like this digest to be my personal tracker for the goals I set for this year. It will include the following headings:
- How is Work?
- Year without Shopping Update
- Physical Health
- Emotional State
- How are Finances?
These headings correlate with my goals:
- Work: Become a mentor to my team and focus more on partnerships in my work.
- Year Without Shopping: A challenge to help me improve my emotional, financial, and physical state.(I talked about this challenge in previous digest).
- Physical Health: Have at least two workouts of 30 minutes each per week, take more walks, and explore other hobbies.
- Emotional State: Learn more about myself, listen, accept, and approve myself. Plan at least three vacations to visit three different spots in Ukraine.
- Finance Goals:
- Donate at least $1,500 to the Ukrainian army.
- Save at least $3,700.

This Week: January 4th to January 10th
How is Work?
This week was full of team calls to start implementing some changes I wanted to make to improve our workflow and do more in the upcoming year.
Year without Shopping Update
It’s only the beginning of January, so the challenge has been easier to follow so far – plus, I haven’t received my salary yet! 😀
I didn’t buy anything yet that I don’t have on my list/rules.
I also exchanged 1 book, as I also set a rule to not buy new books (but exchanges are possible!).
Physical Health
This week, I managed to complete two workouts: barre and fitness.
We also had a sunny week, so I made an effort to go outside during my lunch break for at least 20 minutes each day.
Emotional State
I feel better after two ‘adjustment weeks’ following the discontinuation of my medication. Now, it’s important to stay mindful and avoid overloading myself.
Working on it.
I also started a new book – an awesome one!
How are Finances?
I’ve donated $38 to the Ukrainian army so far, working towards my $1,500 goal for the year.
Nothing saved yet, as I haven’t received my salary yet.
