How are You Doing? #2

howareyouweekly

Sharing my week has brought up new feelings for me. I spent time thinking and writing notes during the week. It really helped me reflect and understand myself better and notice my feelings and thoughts. ツ

This Week: December 10th to 20th

Weekends

I felt really down on Saturday and Sunday mornings. My therapy sessions taught me to accept those physical feelings and focus on doing the bare minimum for self-care and relaxing over the weekend.

Here was my simple plan:
✅ Do restorative yoga (this helped me a lot):
✅ Focus on the thought: “I’m enough for myself!”
✅ Meet a friend
✅ Spend time with my husband
✅ Do some shopping for the week

Some things didn’t happen, but that’s okay – they’ll roll over to next weekend! 😀
❎ Exchange books I finished through bookcrossing
❎ Wash my car

My first supporter 🥰

Over the weekend I received my first donation to buy me a book. It made my week!

Work

I felt irritated most of the week because I wanted to do more for our community but had limited resources. However, this frustration actually helped me reorganize my resources and priorities for 2025.

I’m also working on my Year in Review – stay tuned, it’s coming soon!

This week was packed with team calls as we focused on planning for next year before everyone heads off for the Christmas holidays.

Emotional state

Most of the week was sunny, and that felt like a true gift to me. 🙌

Leisure time

I started a new book, but I didn’t prioritize reading this week. After team calls, I often felt overwhelmed, so I gave myself some time to relax and unwind instead.

How are you doing?

How was your week? Do you have a vacation?

I’d love to hear about it!
